Accountability

I have had a few conversations with people this week and heard comments like "In the New Year" "From January" or "After Christmas". The difference between starting something now and in the New Year is 4 weeks, that's 4 weeks you are putting possible great achievements on hold for, 4 weeks where you can make amazing changes. I know December is a month where people tend not to want to want to start something new, this may be "end of year mindset" or simply Christmas time financial commitments. All I want to say is if you are saying comments like "In the New Year" how do you know you're going to do it? Even more so do you REALLY have valid reason for waiting a whole 4 weeks? You need to make yourself accountable, do something or put plans in motion so that you personally feel obliged to do that thing in the New Year.

How to make yourself accountable: Do you ever NOT share ideas, plans or goals for fear of failure? Or so that you can still back out? DON'T, if you have, for example, goals to loose weight and/ or eat healthier for the New Year share them, share them from NOW, share them with someone who will help hold you accountable, so that when January 1st 2017 comes you can't back out. I'm making my lifestyle changes SOOOOO public that loads of people are watching me, I can't give up, because if I do they'll be like, "What happened?" my public shows of exercise and sharing my healthy eating is making me accountable but also it's brought out some supporters spurring me on.

Ask yourself - How am I going to make myself accountable? #noexcuses
